The model number is printed on the bottom case of your MacBook.

Shipping Instruction & Repair Procedure

After completing your payment, detailed shipping instructions and the service form will be available in your L2Computer.com account. Each device will be assigned a service number for tracking and identification.

You will need to ship your laptop to us for repair.

We recommend sending the entire device so we can fully test it after repair. You do not need to include the power adapter or battery unless related issues exist.

If you are concerned about data security, please remove your hard drive or ensure your data is backed up. We are not responsible for data loss during shipping or repair.

We insure each shipment up to $500. Additional insurance can be added at $1 per $100 of coverage.

Repair Service Coverage

This service typically takes 2–3 business days. It covers only the replacement of the screen anti-glare coating (polarizer). Parts and labor are included in the price.

Return Policy & Warranty

This service includes a 30-day warranty starting from the date you receive your device.
Physical damage to the LCD/LED will void the warranty.
